Return Policy — 30 Days

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

✅ Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Products damaged due to improper use or tampering are excluded from returns.

📦 How to request a return

1. Contact us via email at support@eivilytvb.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions for return shipping.
3. Once the product is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund.

💶 Refund

• The refund is processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• The crediting period is 5–10 business days from receipt of the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of a defective product or our error.

🔄 Defective or Incorrect Product

If you have received a defective product or one different from what you ordered, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Contact us immediately with photos of the product and the package.

🇪🇺 EU Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt without having to provide any reason. Our policy extends this right to 30 days as an additional guarantee.
