Business Model: EIVILYTVB operates through dropshipping. Orders are processed and shipped directly from our suppliers (TeemDrop). We do not have our own physical warehouse.

Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may be longer.

Order Tracking You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may not be available for all destinations or suppliers.

Customs and Taxes

Shipments within the EU: No additional customs duties
Shipments outside the EU: Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Orders Not Received: Contact us at eivilytvb@zohomail.eu. We will check with the supplier within 48 hours.

Damaged Products: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage. We offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address: EIVILYTVB is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
