📦 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) — Directive 2011/83/EU
Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, simply notify eivilytvb@zohomail.eu before the deadline expires.
Extended Right of Withdrawal — 30 Days
As an additional safeguard, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 calendar days from receipt of your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

We cover the return shipping costs. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label or return instructions at no additional cost to you.
💶 Refund without return
For products under €30, at our discretion, we may offer a full refund without the need to return the product, to make the process as seamless as possible for you.
How to request a return
Contact us at eivilytvb@zohomail.eu within the specified timeframe with your order number and the reason for your request.
Non-refundable products
Wireless earphones, earbuds, or wearables that have been opened, used, or have had their hygiene seals removed
Customized or custom-made products
Digital software, licenses, or downloaded digital content
Returns procedure
Contact us by email to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
You will receive a prepaid label or shipping instructions.
Ship the product to the specified address.
Refunds
Processed within a maximum of 14 days of approval of the return request, using the same original payment method.
Defective or damaged products
Contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo and description of the problem. We offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Legal warranty
2-year legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Italian and European regulations (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
