Acceptance of Terms: Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. We recommend reading them before making any purchase.

Products and Availability: We sell electronics and technology accessories (earphones, wearables, laptop and smartphone accessories) through dropshipping. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw products without notice.

Prices and Payments: All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is made at the time of ordering via credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other methods available at checkout.

Orders and Sales Contract: The order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Delivery: We operate through dropshipping; orders are handled directly by our suppliers (DSers, TeemDrop). Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination.

Returns and Refunds: 30 calendar days from receipt of the order, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Legal Warranty: 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Italian and European regulations, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Limitation of Liability EIVILYTVB will not be liable for indirect damages, service interruptions, or third-party content.

Intellectual Property All content on the site is the property of EIVILYTVB or its respective owners and is protected by copyright.

Privacy Governed by our Privacy Policy, which is GDPR compliant.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction Italian law. Disputes will be submitted to the Italian courts, without prejudice to European consumer rights.
