Why are delivery times longer?
💡 Low prices thanks to direct shipping. Our products are shipped directly from suppliers, without intermediaries. This allows us to offer you much more competitive prices compared to traditional stores. The trade-off? Delivery times are slightly longer — but every order is tracked and guaranteed until it reaches its destination.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:
- 🇮🇹 Italy: 7-15 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 10-20 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping for orders over €35
- Standard shipping: €3.99 for orders under €35

You can track your order using the link received via email or by logging into your personal area on our website.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Return policy
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
How to request a return

- We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
